Maguy Lichaa is a holistic health coach. Maguy’s vast experience in various disciplines have lead her to believe that the best approaches to good health are holistic in nature.
Maguy started her professional career as a licensed physical therapist with a degree from the college of general health at the Lebanese university. She founded and operated her own physical therapy practice, and went on to start and operate the wellness spa at Edde Sands Hotel and Wellness Resort.
Maguy travelled extensively to India, and trained there to become a certified Sivananda yoga teacher in Kerala, where later she organised detox retreats. She also trained in Indian and Thai massage, Shiatsu, Reflexology, and Reiki.
In 2011 Maguy completed her degree in Integrative Nutrition and became a certified health coach. She worked as a health coach at the Green Clinic with Dr. Walid Khairallah, and at the Holistic Health Centre with Dr. Ghatfan Safi, and currently owns and operates her private clinic. She specializes in food intolerance and detox diets, and organizes corporate workshops on health and wellness.
Maguy is a frequent contributor on the "Sustainable Health” program on Radio Monte Carlo. She presented "Healthy Tips at home” on the program "Green Apple” for the 2013 summer season. She also appeared on "The Doctors” on MTV, "Women's Wisdom” on Abu Dhabi One, and "Tea Time” on LBC, and various other programs.
